Liam's First Swim

It may not be the first swim for Liam, (It's amazing what you don't document and quickly forget with the second child, ) but it was the first photo of him in the pool.  He took to the water like a fish, just like Raughley did around his age.  

Raughley was pretty excited to have his little brother swimming with him as well.  

On a different note, Liam is thriving as a four month old.  His eating schedule is a bit off, since we are working solids into his diet.  The 6 oz every four hour routine is gone, and it's a bit tricky trying to find a new routine.  I think it is going to end up being 3 6-8 oz bottles a day, with two food feedings in between.  Im going to try that out today since we are home bound, and see how it works out.  

There is the famous tongue again.  

We're home bound because Raughley has a skin infection.  A bug bite got infected and we're on day 4 of antibiotics.  He did go to the lake this weekend, but we stayed out of the water, and after a lot of worrying, this morning the infection looked a lot better.  Hopefully after one more day of TLC we can get out and about again tomorrow to do more of this...

Bed Buddies

Someone really wanted Liam to take a nap with him while we were at the beach.

Food Truck Round-Up

Two weeks ago we attended the Food Truck Round-up to benefit Pre-School Partners.   Mom has been involved with this group for years, and it is run out of our church, so we thought we'd go and show support.  Somebody fell asleep on the way in.  

And then Uncle Pat Pat stepped in for some mommy duty.

And Raughley was looking forward to the DreamCakes, but they sold out before we got there.  Luckily the Ice Cream man was still around.  

Too bad this guy couldn't eat anything!

It's nice to have something to do on a Saturday afternoon.

Caden and Caitlin

I took some pictures of my friend Ruth's niece, nephew, and cousin.  (actually I think the other Caden is just a friend of theirs, but why not say cousin?)

Caitlin is such a hoot.  Full of personality.  

And Caden makes you want to do this, kiss his cheeks, all day long.  

This is Polly's child, the other Caden.  What a sweet heart.  

We had fun playing in their back yard, taking pics of the kids.  

Ha! Hilarious, our attempt at formal sitting pics ended up with juice boxes covering their faces.  

But we managed to get some really great ones, and then their Daddy came home to be in a few as well!
