The First Four Days

The first part of our beach trip was spent sans men.  They had a four day golf tourney, so Emily and I had some time to ourselves with the boys.  We played on the beach, tried to fly kites, picked oranges (that turned out to be lemons, literally) and went on some little nature hikes.  Not bad for February!

To Infinity, and Beyond!

As you can see from these pictures, we have all been dealing with little red noses and chapped lips, but facing the great outdoors anyway!  Loving a little sunshine when we can get it, and when we can't improvising with homemade rocket packs and laser beams...  To Infinity... and Beyond!

A Night at the Circus!

We took Raughley to see his first circus show last Sunday.  He was in awe of the lights, the people, the noise, and most of all, the elephants.  I think his favorite part however, was the cotton candy.  He ate almost the whole bag (sharing the rest with me- I forgot how good that stuff was!)

Nature Calling

We headed to the farm one windy Saturday morning to try and get a little bit of outdoor play in before it got really cold again.  

So cute to see what things end up peaking out of a backpack.

Someone really loved the pine straw and made sure to grab as much of it as he could along the way.
