A Very Hungry First Birthday Party

Liam turned one on January 11th, and we threw him a party that Sunday afternoon, and even invited a few baby friends for him to play with!  He had a ball, especially when he got to eat his first sugar cupcake! (he's had plenty of cookies at this point in his life, I'm sorry to say.  Big brother has been a little jealous lately, dealing with all the attention that Liam has gotten, but as soon as the party was over he started talking about his 4 year old party, and all was well again.  

Lindsay's Baby Shower

Last weekend we had a baby shower for Lindsay and Jon Mark at our house.  Lindsay's friends were so much fun to plan a party with, and it was both a fun and laid back night.  Now we just have to wait another month and a half for baby J to get here!

Back Home

It was so good to get back home to these guys after our quick trip to Miami.  We were just in time to celebrate little one's 1st birthday!

Is it brotherly love if you're really just trying to hog the camera?

The next day we had some friends over to play! It made me realize how good it is for Liam to interact with kids his age, even though he is still a baby.  He was so excited to play with Graham and Hayes!

The morning of his birthday we opened his big present, the cozy coupe car that I saved all our diaper points for!  Im glad he loved it because it was a labor of love to save up and type in all those numbers...

I wish this had turned out a little bit sharper because I think it is so cute of daddy pushing Liam around!
