Our friends had a blast two weekends ago at Suelin's baby shower for baby Catherine. We made the shower storybook themed, and had a great time all getting together with friends we hadn't seen in a while. Can't wait for Baby C to get here!!

Chef-U
Our friends Jenny and George did the coolest thing with us two weekends ago. They bought (last year) a groupon for Chef-U, where a chef comes to your house and cooks a 4 course meal for you and friends. Not only do you get a great meal, but you get to participate and learn a few things as well!
This was so cool. Chef Angela worked at Ocean for a while, so we were immediately hooked, as that is one of our favorite restaurants.
We did it at our house because of the kids, which was such a nice treat. Angela came over for a preview and told me to pull out all the stops, as she was doing the dishes.
It was so much fun to set the table and decorate, and then to see it all with food and friends was the best part!
Our main course- my first time to try lamb.
I stole these next pics from Jenny's blog, hence the blurriness.
We had so much fun and this is something I would really recommend!

Reverting
I found him sitting here the other day.
It was all fun and games until he couldn't get out.
And this guy was the only witness to the whole thing. Not much help is he?

Dallas
I can't believe I forgot to post about this trip, but things have been busy this past week and I totally forgot. Chase and I got to take a weekend getaway to Dallas for the first Bama game over Labor day weekend. It was so much fun to have a whole weekend to ourselves. Thanks to mom and dad for watching the boys,
And to Emily and Howard for watching the big boy.
We really enjoyed ourselves!
We stayed at the Gaylord Texan, with tons of other Bama fans and the feeling of excitement was everywhere.
Cowboy stadium was unbelievable! It looks like a spaceship.
We were really lucky and got to go on the field with some friends before the game, which was so cool.
The game was fun, the company was fun, and we even got to eat dinner with some old friends at a great steakhouse that Friday night. I didn't get a picture of us but hopefully I can snag one from them.
And Here it is!
Sunday we headed home, ready to see the boys.
Sweet Home Alabama!
