Two weeks ago my parents and I took the boys to Brush Pond for some fishing, hiking and general outdoor fun...snakes, frogs and all.
Yes, while we were there we saw a huge bullfrog and a snake. Yuck!
And Pop Raughley even caught a fish!
This is R going "YES!" when Pop he caught the first fish. (I guess those of us who have heard my "Cha-ching" story will know where he gets this from)
Here they are reeling the fish in.
No wonder we caught two with all these stumps in the water.
Liam was really into all the fresh air he was taking in.

R really wanted to touch it, but when he did he squealed!
Taking a hike after a job well done!
They were back at it quickly however.
Ra Ra got tired of the fishing after a while and started playing swords with his stick he found.
Then when fish #2 was caught he was interested once more.
One fish was a brim, one was a bass, and that was about all the slime I could take for one day, but stay tuned for another post about the snake!
